Position Overview
Hammehr invites applications for the role of Manager, Enterprise Architecture on behalf of our client for a full-time permanent opportunity. This role focuses on leading the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise technology services, ensuring alignment with business objectives for infrastructure resilience and security. What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and execution of the firm’s enterprise architecture strategy, aligning technology services with business goals.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and functional managers to design infrastructure, network, and application services that meet resilience and security standards.
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, capabilities, and timelines.
- Oversee system documentation, including network diagrams and configuration records, to support business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Identify and recommend technology frameworks and practices that improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with the information security team to maintain alignment with established security standards.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with support teams to maintain service reliability.
- Support the IT management team with operational activities and infrastructure-related initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, infrastructure design, and IT project leadership, with a focus on aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in managing on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, leveraging platforms like Microsoft Azure for secure environments.
- Strong background in developing and maintaining system documentation, including network diagrams and configuration records.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, to guide infrastructure planning and design.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices to support service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Project management skills to support the execution of technology roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with advanced security practices, working with information security teams to maintain compliance.
- Knowledge of legal or professional services environments, aligning IT infrastructure with industry needs.
