JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Technician
Permanent Full Time – Maintenance Technician – Residential – Mississauga, ON
GENERAL DUTIES:
Minor Electrical: Replacement of plugs, switches, light fixtures, light bulbs Ballasts Range hood replacement Wiring repairs
Minor Plumbing: Pipe clamping, P-trap replacement Wash basin replacement Faucet repair/replacement Cartridges, spouts, diverters, washer replacement Toilet repairs/replacement Dishwasher replacement Servicing clogged drains
Other Duties when required: Assistance with General Building Maintenance and Unit Work Orders if/when required:
Permanent Full Time – Monday – Friday, occasional weekend Rate of Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Experience: Building/Facility Maintenance: 3 – 5 year (preferred)
