<p><b>About the Company</b> - Emirates Engineering is currently seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our team in Dubai. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role</b> - As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer at Emirates Engineering, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks and defect rectification of aircraft in accordance with company and regulatory procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturer procedures, and maintaining effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b> -</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Perform aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks according to manufacturer and safety procedures.</li><li>Ensure assigned zones/aircraft are maintained as per the latest revisions of approved technical publications.</li><li>Handle off-aircraft tasks such as spares handling and documentation in compliance with company procedures.</li><li>Determine and use appropriate tooling/equipment for tasks, ensuring cost-effective and efficient troubleshooting.</li><li>Carry out component changes as necessary, following AMM, IPC, or manufacturer documentation.</li><li>Adhere to safety rules and regulations, maintain excellent housekeeping conditions, and report any deficiencies.</li><li>Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and senior engineers to highlight operational issues and ensure seamless information flow.</li><li>Complete detailed reports on service delays, incidents, and accidents to facilitate maintenance planning and improvement.</li><li>Manage staff performance through performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.</li><li>Attend training modules as required to enhance skills and comply with CAR 145 requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b> - Bachelor's degree or equivalent (apprenticeship) in Engineering.
