The role ensures inventory control and accuracy through adherence to processes and procedures, while coordinating root cause analysis and corrective actions to support continuous improvement. Responsibilities include receiving material orders from suppliers, performing cycle counting duties for accuracy, and updating the status of parts in the warehouse that impact customer orders. The role also involves entering inventory into the system and supporting warehouse duties such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Employees receive 80% benefits coverage, including RRSP matching. </p><p><strong>Work Environment </strong> </p><p>The role is based in a utility aircraft manufacturing facility located in NE Calgary, which includes several warehouses storing and shipping parts worldwide. The facility is part of a recent push to manufacture out of the Calgary area, with five buildings around the airport. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with availability to work 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day. The team consists of 17 staff members across Calgary, stationed at various locations for full days but coordinating internally.
