You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.</p><b>What's in it for you?</b><ul><li>Hourly wage of $20 + comprehensive benefits</li><li>We invest in you by covering the cost of ongoing training through the GardaWorld Academy</li><li>Permanent positions: Monday to Friday</li><li>Career advancement opportunities at GardaWorld</li><li>Uniform provided free of charge</li></ul><b>Responsibilities for Industrial Security Site Supervisor</b><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards at the assigned site.</li><li>Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal shift coverage at all times.</li><li>Ensure all security equipment (e.g., radios, CCTV, alarms) is operational and properly used</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all security-related matters.</li><li>Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare comprehensive reports for internal management and the client.</li><li>Review and approve daily reports and incident logs submitted by guards.</li><li>Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, client site rules, and applicable laws and regulations</li><li>All other required duties</li></ul><b>Qualifications for Industrial Security Site supervisor</b><ul><li>Be authorized to work in Canada</li><li>1 - 3 years experience in security supervision or a similar leadership role</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of security operations and emergency response protocols</li><li>Proficiency in writing reports and using security technology (e.g., CCTV systems, incident logging tools)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Hold a valid security license</li></ul><p>26% of our corporate employees started as frontline workers.
