Magic is seeking an inbound sales coordinator to join our growing team. This position is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with 1-3 of inbound sales and/or customer service experience. If you are passionate and knowledgeable about marketing and sales, have experience working within medium to large sized sales organizations, and genuinely enjoy talking to people, this might be the role you’ve been looking for.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Inbound sales coordinator is a hybrid role of approximately 70% inbound calls and 30% in-person showroom sales. As part of our inbound sales team, you will be the first touchpoint between our organization and prospective consumers where you will use sales savviness to qualify and convert prospects into leads for a growing team of 25+ outbound sales representatives.

You will also be assisting our project management and order team by managing ongoing customer files, facilitating sign off’s on contract revisions, and ensuring our clients receive clear communication at all times. If you’re a people person, posses great communications skills, and are well organized, then this is the job for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage a multi-faceted lead calendar of 600+ appointments/month.
* Use a variety of lead tracking tools to evaluate and convert all inbound leads.
* Qualify inbound sales prospects into sales appointments for our outbound sales team.
* Ownership and management of all inbounds sales calls.
* Manage daily texts/emails on various platforms.
* Present our products in the showroom.
* Facilitate sign offs, contract changes, and general project management for our project management / order entry team (Don’t worry, we’ll train you!!!)

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?

* Do you have 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience?
* Are you self-motivated to be the best version of yourself every day?
* Do you enjoy talking to people for long periods of time?
* Can you work within a team environment? (This is important, we have an awesome team of young and passionate pro’s that love working with each other).
* Experience using a CRM software such as Salesforce, Infusionsoft or Hubspot is a plus.
