The company has found product-market fit and are excited by their mission to build tooling for the future of HR. </p><p>Interested in joining our customer obsessed, hardworking, and fast-moving team? </p><p>Check out the opportunity below. </p><p>The Opportunity: </p><p>Seeking an experienced Specialist, HR Operations who will overlook HR functions related to several global operations including onboarding, offboarding, employment relations, employee support, and day-to-day interactions with customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a natural self-starter, and be able to adapt to our ever-evolving software as we develop it to provide a best-in-class platform for our customers. This role will ensure all local regulatory and compliance procedures are performed correctly and accurately.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><p>● Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring seamless management of all employment-related needs </p><p>● Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes. </p><p>● Support benefits administration and multi-country payroll operations.. </p><p>● Proactively resolve employment, payroll and benefits-related inquiries with accuracy and care. </p><p>● Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience. </p><p>● Continuously assess and improve operational processes and systems to drive efficiency and scalability. </p><p>Great Candidates will have: </p><p>● 3+ years in an HR role within a SaaS startup or the fintech industry </p><p>● Experience with HR generalist functions in Canada and international experience a plus </p><p>● Demonstrated expertise in driving customer success through strategic relationship building and exceptional account management</p><p>● Deep expertise with employee onboarding and offboarding policies and procedures </p><p>● Detail oriented and able to work independently with little supervision, as well as working effectively in a team environment </p><p>● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills </p><p>● Hands-on, can-do mentality, comfortable in fast-paced environments</p><p><br></p><p>About the company and team:</p><p>● They are an early stage company and who love to collaborate in person 5 days a week in their Toronto HQ.</p><p>● They offer a healthy benefits & perks package, including lunch everyday</p><p>● Customers are the heart of their business, they are obsessed with their customers, and that drives the bulk of their decisions.</p><p>● Big challenges don’t scare them.
