Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is desired. Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) license required. Full Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) or Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) certification mandatory. Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership mandatory.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Clinical Excellence: Proficiency in managing complex cases and specialized care patients.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with inter-professional teams, including Nurse Practitioners and Allied Health staff.
  • Teaching and Leadership: Passion for education, committee involvement, and leadership development.

Eligibility: Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure with CPSBC and hold CCFP (or equivalent) or FRCPC credentials. ACLS certification is strongly recommended. Hospitalist experience and membership in professional societies are assets.

Full-time work involves 1680 hours annually; part-time is a minimum of 840 hours.
