Our mission is to transform health and care in the tri-state area through physician-directed, patient-focused medicine.</p><p>Beyond the practice, Quincy offers a charming, close-knit community that combines small-town living—short commutes, friendly neighbors, and affordable living—with the amenities of a larger city, including excellent schools, great restaurants, live music, and a vibrant arts scene.</p><p>Experience the difference at Quincy Medical Group, where you can thrive both professionally and personally!</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p><strong>At Quincy Medical Group, you’ll find a close-knit, supportive environment—with colleagues who believe in true collaboration and a team of physician leaders driving innovation in patient care.</strong></p><p>Our Team:</p><ol><li>Join 4 Hematology/Oncology physicians, 1 Radiation Oncologist, 2 CNPs, and a dynamic support team</li><li>Primarily Oncology practice with a small amount of Hematology</li><li>4.5 day workweek</li><li>Spend 2.5-3 days in Quincy and 1.5-2 days in outreach; clinics are within 45 minutes of main campus</li><li>State-of-the-art Cancer Institute with infusion center, clinical trials, and leading-edge treatment technology</li><li>Call 1:5 weeks</li><li>Epic EHR</li></ol><p>We Offer:</p><ol><li>Unlimited earning potential, with physicians earning up to $1.2 million annually</li><li>Eligible for shareholder status and ASC ownership in just 1 year, no buy-in required and zero downside risk</li><li>401k with match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing</li><li>Eligible for sign-on, relocation, loan forgiveness, and other bonuses</li><li>$2,500 CME allowance plus license and certification renewals</li><li>Up to 6 weeks' paid time off and 6 paid holidays</li><li><em>The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $500,000-$600,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
