- Clinic Type : Private surgical facility operating as a surgical level 2 endoscopy clinic
- Schedule : Multiple days per week of endoscopy procedures; 1 day per week of outpatient clinic
- Requirements :
o Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology
o Eligibility for licensure in Ontario
o Preferred : Clinical experience of 5 years or more
