<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>This clinic operates in several locations in Alberta with a combined full-service pharmacy with walk-in medical clinics, providing integrated healthcare under one roof. <br><br><strong>Clinic Network & Expansion</strong><br />• Current Sites: Leduc (established), Drayton Valley (developing), and St. Albert (developing). <br />• Growth Strategy: Expanding beyond its flagship Leduc location to meet growing demand for primary care. <br />• Recognition: The Leduc site is an Alberta Health–approved Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, demonstrating alignment with provincial standards. Candidate Opportunity Highlights Compensation & Support <br />• Split: 75/25 revenue split (confirmation pending final contract). <br />• <span >Relocation/Housing:</span> May be considered for the right candidate, particularly in rural Drayton Valley.<br />• Incentives: No formal bonus structure, but incentives may be negotiated. <br><br><strong>Work Flexibility</strong><br />• Providers may also work in other facilities or on telehealth platforms outside of their Telford clinic hours. <br />• Schedules are negotiable at all sites. <br><br><strong>Community & Practice Expectations</strong><br />• St. Albert: Candidates should bring strong communication skills, a polished professional presence, and team-oriented collaboration for this higher-end patient base. <br />• Leduc & Drayton Valley: No additional community expectations beyond high-quality patient care. <br><br><strong>Staffing & Patients</strong><br />• Alberta sites already have physicians on staff, enabling Nurse Practitioners to be hired in advance of additional physicians. <br />• Patient demand is high: full waiting lists are already in place; new providers will have as many patients as they wish to see.
