<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Director of Recruiting @ Cavendish Farms | Executive Search, Talent Acquisition. This role is a key member of the Finance leadership team, partnering with Manufacturing Operations and cross-functional teams to transform operational data into actionable insights and drive performance through collaboration and analytical excellence.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead with Influence: Drive the delivery of accurate and insightful financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics across all manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.</li><li>Financial Planning: Lead manufacturing financial processes—including forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning—while ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering accurate weekly and monthly financial reports.</li><li>Provide Strategic Financial Leadership: Offer expert guidance on manufacturing cost drivers and cost optimization opportunities.</li><li>Drive Capital and Cost Strategy: Lead capital investment analysis, Operational Excellence reporting, and collaborate on enterprise-wide cost-saving initiatives to support sustainable, profitable growth.</li><li>Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the executive team, manufacturing site leadership, and cross-functional teams to coach, problem-solve, and standardize financial reporting.</li><li>Deliver Advanced Analytics: Lead scenario planning, cost modeling, and sensitivity analysis to support complex decision-making in a dynamic manufacturing environment.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Excellent leadership capabilities with proven ability to lead by influence and collaboration</li><li>Self-starter with a strong work ethic</li><li>CPA Designation or equivalent</li><li>10+ years of relevant work experience required</li><li>Strong experience in manufacturing accounting</li><li>Results-driven, strategic, and analytical thinker</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively across the organization</li></ul><h3>About Us</h3><p>Founded in 1882, J.D.
