A leading manufacturer of premium packaging products is growing-and they’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for clients. Based in Brampton, this role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, staying organized, and working with a supportive, tight-knit team.
Customer Service Representative Role Details:
- 35-hr /week (Monday-Thursday: 9 AM-5 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM-4:30 PM)
- $40,000 annual salary with yearly salary reviews
- Annual performance bonus after 1 year of employment
- 100% employer-paid medical and dental benefits after 3-month probation

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Enter and update customer orders in the system
- Verify order details, dimensions, and specifications
- Work with EDI systems for order management
- Manage two email inboxes and incoming calls
- Follow up with customers on order status and updates
- File customer records and maintain organized documentation
- Retrieve orders from remote systems
- Calculate simple product dimensions using a set formula
- Organize customer information alphabetically
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role (non-retail/fast food)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy environment
- High level of accuracy and ability to work under pressure
- Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
- Basic math skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to stay focused and manage stress
