<p><span>Cambridge, Ontario | 3–6 years</span></p><p>Our client, a global leader in nuclear component manufacturing and engineering, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer for an 18-month contract position based in Cambridge, Ontario. Reporting to the AGC, the successful candidate will support a broad range of legal work, including reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, managing legal risk, providing internal legal guidance, and coordinating with external counsel on disputes.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of corporate commercial experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sectors. Strong contract negotiation skills and the ability to work independently with cross-functional teams are key.
