Forge Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-regarded mid-sized law firm in Brampton in the search for a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, Affidavits of Documents, and discovery materials such as summaries of productions and examination transcripts
  • Manage and organize litigation files and maintain accurate reporting
  • Conduct legal research and prepare books of authorities and other litigation briefs
  • Create charts and summaries of evidence for use in court or internal review
  • Maintain and monitor a bring-forward system to track critical deadlines and actions


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar legal support role
  • Completion of a Legal Administration program; Law Clerk designation is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
