Cleaner Needed for Banquet Hall

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. Your role will involve performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for staff and visitors.

Duties:
– Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and other facilities
– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors
– Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
– Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
– Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.
– Perform routine inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
– Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
– Adhere to health and safety regulations
– Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor

Skills:
– Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
– Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and visitors in a professional manner
– Ability to lift heavy objects or equipment as required for cleaning purposes
– Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
– Effective communication skills to understand instructions and relay information as needed
– Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in cleaning activities
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required

Note: This position may require the use of power tools for certain maintenance tasks. Training will be provided if necessary.
