Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Application Managed Services (AMS) Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and expand our AMS offerings in the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the AMS space.

This role requires a deep understanding of managed services, application support, and cloud-based solutions, particularly within North American markets.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing client accounts within the AMS domain in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning AMS solutions effectively.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth in North America.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including RFP responses, proposal creation, and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian business regulations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with service delivery, marketing, and technical teams to develop and present compelling AMS solutions tailored for North American clients.
  • Revenue & Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars in the U.S. and Canada to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Channel Management: Collaborate with esteemed partners such as Atlassian, UiPath, Microsoft, and AWS to develop comprehensive GTM and service offerings across North America.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the AMS or IT services industry, preferably within the U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in application support and application managed services.
  • Understanding of IT service management (ITSM), cloud computing, and enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) AI-Driven Automation 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with North American business practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
