Job Description

<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounts, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage<br> accounts payable and receivable<br> , ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments</li><li>Process bi-weekly payroll<br> accurately and in compliance with relevant laws</li><li>Perform<br> bank and account reconciliations<br> to maintain accurate financial reporting</li><li>Utilize<br> QuickBooks Online<br> to manage and record accounting transactions</li><li>Ensure all<br> vendor and supplier payments<br> are made on time</li><li>Pay bills<br> to partners, suppliers, and other company stakeholders</li><li>Assist with the<br> preparation of financial statements and reports<br> for management review</li><li>Maintain<br> organized records<br> of all financial transactions and supporting documentation</li><li>Work cross-functionally with other departments to<br> gather financial data<br> and ensure compliance with company policies</li><li>Pay all the bills to partners, suppliers and other accounting payments belong to Kolani</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 4 years<br> of experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role</li><li>Proficient in<br> QuickBooks Online<br> and general accounting software</li><li>Strong understanding of<br> accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and budgeting</li><li>Exceptional<br> attention to detail<br> and strong<br> organizational skills</li><li>Ability to<br> meet deadlines, work independently<br> , and handle multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>Strong<br> communication skills<br> for interacting with internal teams, vendors, and partners</li><li>Minimum 4 years experience required</li></ul><p>WORK LOCATION:<br>Woodbridge, Ontario</p><p>JOB TYPE: Full time</p>
