Bilingual Incident Reporting Centre Specialist (On-site – Rotational Shifts)
Location: 320 Front Street West, Toronto, ON
Type: Full-time Contract
Shifts: Rotational – 2 weeks Days (7am-3pm), 2 weeks Nights (11pm-7am), 2 weeks Afternoons (3pm-11pm)
On-Site Only: 100% in-office (Remote not available)
We’re hiring a Bilingual Incident Reporting Centre Specialist to support a critical operations team responsible for real-time security event monitoring and response across Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. You’ll be the first point of contact in managing incidents, triaging events, coordinating emergency response, and ensuring the safety of employees and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor access control systems and triage incident alerts
- Create detailed incident reports and summaries for leadership
- Coordinate with security guards, EMS, fire, and law enforcement as needed
- Conduct threat assessments using incoming data and open-source research
- Liaise with cross-functional risk teams and escalate critical events appropriately
Requirements:
- 2-4 years’ experience in call center/dispatch, alarm monitoring, or GSOC-style roles
- Strong customer service and multitasking abilities
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in French and English (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with shift rotations and working overnight
Comments for Supplier:
French language proficiency is mandatory. Candidates must be fluent in both English and French. This is a fully on-site position in downtown Toronto and shift rotations are not flexible.
