<p>Seeking Part-Time Caregiver, working Monday to Friday 8:45 am-1:30 pm in our Childcare Centre.</p><p>The Winnipeg Winter Club is dedicated to providing exceptional childcare for our members and community. Our Babysitting Centre is a warm, welcoming space that supports children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age whose parents are on site while they visit.</p><p>We pride ourselves on offering a clean, safe, and nurturing environment tailored to each child's unique needs while maintaining strong, open communication with parents. Our team is passionate about creating meaningful, play-based experiences that promote learning, creativity, and development.</p><p>We are currently seeking a positive, energetic, and caring individual to join our team as a Part-Time Caregiver, working Monday to Friday 8:45 am-1:30 pm in our Childcare Centre.<br><br>Hours are subject to change based on operational needs.</p><p>About Us:<br><br>The Winnipeg Winter Club is a private recreational facility located in the heart of Winnipeg. Our Babysitting Centre operates 7 days a week and provides care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.</p><p>We're looking for someone who:</p><ul><li>Loves working with children and creating a joyful, supportive environment</li><li>Understands the importance of patience, empathy, and structure</li><li>Has the ability to develop and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage growth and learning</li></ul><p>Duties include (but are not limited to):</p><ul><li>Planning and facilitating engaging activities</li><li>Feeding and meal assistance</li><li>Diapering and toilet training support</li><li>Imaginative play and creative expression</li><li>Singing, dancing, and storytelling</li><li>Light cleaning and organizing</li><li>Decorating for seasons and events</li><li>Assisting with administrative tasks</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience working with young children including infants (Minimum 2 years in professional environment)</li><li>Background in caregiving or early childhood education</li><li>Understanding of child development and teaching strategies</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory)</li><li>Completion of Criminal Record and Child Abuse Registry Checks (mandatory)</li></ul><p>We appreciate all applications; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</p><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Pay: From $16.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: No less than 23.75 per week</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Company events</li><li>Discounted or free food</li><li>On-site gym</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
