<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Our Client is a top-tier national law firm.</p><p>2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants is not relevant to the role and has been removed.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support and eventually lead files related to class actions and international arbitration.</li><li>Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage complex files with increasing autonomy.</li><li>Plead in French before the courts and support interprovincial matters, including Quebec mandates for the firm’s other offices.</li><li>Actively contribute to strategy development, client relationship management, and team collaboration.</li><li>Help foster a positive team culture built on feedback, curiosity, initiative, and sound legal judgment.</li><li>Full-time permanent position based in Montreal.</li><li>National structure with mentorship, collaboration, and guidance.</li><li>Opportunities for growth within an expanding firm.</li><li>Competitive compensation structure.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bilingual with excellent spoken and written French; must be able to plead in French.</li><li>Strong academic background.</li><li>Previous experience at a national or large firm is an asset.</li><li>Interest or experience in commercial litigation, class actions, and / or international arbitration.</li><li>Proven ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and take on responsibilities quickly.</li><li>Team spirit, openness to feedback, and desire to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.</li></ul></p>Create Your Resume First
