<h3>Role Description</h3>
<p>This full-time, on-site position for an Associate Lawyer (Litigation) is based in our firm’s Calgary office. The Associate Lawyer will handle court appearances, manage a diverse caseload, draft legal documents, and provide clients with sound legal advice. Responsibilities also include legal research, negotiations, and representing client interests in various legal proceedings. The role entails collaborating with a team of experienced lawyers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client focus.</p>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Licensed to practice law in Alberta (or able to become qualified)</li>
<li>Preference for graduates of Canadian law schools</li>
<li>Experience with court appearances and proceedings</li>
<li>Skills in negotiation and client representation</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication abilities</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently and independently under pressure and meet deadlines</li>
