We collaborate with leading companies to tackle major technological challenges, putting innovation, collaboration, and excellence at the heart of our actions.</p><p>Join a passionate and committed team ready to bring your ideas to life.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>On behalf of our client in the Banking industry, Astek Canada is seeking a motivated Analyst ready to take on new challenges.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage the review of employee personal trades and client trading.</li><li>Coordinate and support regulatory audits (CIRO, FINRA).</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CIRO, FINRA, SEC, AML rules.</li><li>Update and maintain the firm’s various compliance and AML manuals.</li><li>Handle certain monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory filings.</li><li>Manage the annual AML examinations and related compliance meetings with employees.</li><li>Oversee the account opening process and obtaining executive approvals.</li><li>Distribute monthly client statements and employee checklists.</li><li>Manage the distribution of firm’s financial statements with clients and counterparties.</li><li>Administer the distribution and collection registered representative forms and acknowledgements.</li><li>Review email and Bloomberg communications for compliance concerns.</li><li>Conduct periodic reviews of compliance communication and employee LinkedIn profiles.</li><li>Coordinate BCP updates and annual CEO certification of BCP testing.</li><li>Respond to client and counterparty due diligence requests.</li><li>Support continuing education program : requirements, communication, tracking.</li><li>Manage office mail and general communications inboxes.</li><li>Assist with FINRA registrations, course additions, and scheduling exams.</li><li>Support provincial registrations and corporate secretary duties.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><b>Education / Experience :</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in compliance, operations, or regulatory affairs in financial services.</li></ul><p><b>Key Skills :</b></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of CIRO, FINRA, SEC, AML rules.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Bilingual (English / French) preferred.</li></ul><p><b>Personal Qualities :</b></p><ul><li>Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Team collaboration and teamwork skills.</li><li>Autonomy and rigor in managing priorities.</li></ul><h3>The Astek Advantages</h3><ul><li>Personalized CARE plan for our employees.</li><li>Diversity & Inclusion Charter.</li></ul><h3>Ready to Take on the Challenge?</h3><p>Apply now by sending your CV and discover a rewarding career at Astek Canada.</p></p>Create Your Resume First
