<p>Allrush Print & Apparel is seeking an experienced and professional Reception & Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. This pivotal role blends front-line client service with administrative operations and light logistics, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities: </b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Client Experience & Communication</b></p><ul><li>Manage a multi-line phone system and respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency</li><li>Clear english communication skills required</li><li>Welcome and assist all visitors to ensure a positive, helpful, and polished front-office experience</li><li>Represent the company's brand values through every interaction</li><li>Maintain a presentable and friendly demeanor as the client-facing representative of the company</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Order Fulfillment & Invoicing</b></p><ul><li>Accurately prepare invoices using QuickBooks for completed orders</li><li>Communicate with clients regarding order readiness and process payments</li><li>Coordinate local and regional shipping logistics to meet delivery deadlines</li><li>Assist occasionally with physical tasks such as lifting boxes (up to 30 lbs) and supporting floor operations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Administrative Coordination</b></p><ul><li>Maintain general office operations including inventory, meeting refreshments, filing, and upkeep</li><li>Organize company events and liaise with vendors for supplies, cleaning, and maintenance</li><li>Support regulated mailing and documentation processes for time-sensitive communications</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications & Experience</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a reception, administrative, or office management role</li><li>Minimum 3 years of hospitality hosting experience</li><li>Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or other invoicing/accounting systems preferred</li><li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills</li><li>Experience coordinating shipping or working with couriers is an asset</li><li>Comfortable with hands-on responsibilities, including warehouse interaction and light lifting</li><li>Quickbooks: 1 year (required)</li><li>Administrative: 3 years (required)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Company events</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Vision care</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Location</b>: Calgary, AB T2E 6T4</p><p><b>Job Type</b>: Full-time</p><p><b>Work Location</b>: In person</p>Create Your Resume First
