<p><strong>(CARROT SOLUTIONS) Online English-Korean Bilingual English Teacher (Work from Home)</strong></p> <p><strong>1. Position Overview</strong><br> We are currently seeking English-Korean bilingual teachers to join our growing team to teach <strong>junior students in Busan</strong>. This is a <strong>remote, part-time</strong> position with flexible set schedules. As with last years hiring, selected teachers will undergo <strong>online training specifically tailored to the Busan Junior course</strong> before they begin teaching.</p> <p>A separate posting will be created for Canadian teachers. Class Description</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Teach 20-minute English lessons using Zoom or phone.</p> </li> <li> <p>All classes are conducted remotely.</p> </li> <li> <p>Class content and materials are provided.</p> </li> <li> <p>Compensation will be discussed based on experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Typical range: <strong>$15.00 to $20.00 CAD/hour</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Performance bonuses and semi-annual $0.50/hr raises available.</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>4. Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree (required).</p> </li> <li> <p>Junior ESL teaching experience (preferred).</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be fluent in both English and Korean.<br> (Korean-American, Korean-Canadian, or Korean nationals welcome.)</p> </li> <li> <p>Must be able to explain English grammar in Korean.</p> </li> <li> <p>Reliable hard-wired internet and a quiet teaching environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>A headset, webcam, and OS: Windows 10+ or macOS 11+ (Big Sur/Monterey).</p> </li> <li> <p>Must pass a criminal background check (consent required).</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>5. Schedule Options</strong> (Fixed Sets Cannot be changed):<br> Teachers must choose and commit to <strong>one</strong> of the following availability sets:</p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Set 1</strong>: Monday & Thursday, 5:00 PM 10:00 PM KST</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Set 2</strong>: Tuesday & Friday, 5:00 PM 10:00 PM KST</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Set 3</strong>: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 5:00 PM 10:00 PM KST</p> </li> </ul> <p>Teachers are expected to open a <strong>minimum of 8 hours per week</strong> within their selected set.</p> <p><strong>6.
