WORK FROM HOME – CUSTOMER SERVICE – NO WEEKENDS!

Location : WFH/Remote
Pay: $18-21/hour + benefits!
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (OT optional)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
This role serves as the first point of contact for Members that have access to Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) through their employer.
An employee assistance program is an employee benefit program that assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being.

MUST HAVES :
6 months+ of recent Customer Service experience (call centre, fast-paced retail)
Experience with MS Office, Internet browsers, etc.
Internet Speed – 25 MBPS Up/ 5 MBPS Down (Screen shot required)
