Full Job Description
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team. The perfect candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have prior experience using automated and basic warehouse equipment.
Warehouse Associates are responsible for overseeing production, facilitating inventory tracking and managing incoming and outgoing shipments. In this position, you will be responsible for communicating with suppliers and or customers, putting products in the correct place within our warehouse and preparing packages for shipping. We are looking for individuals who can work well under pressure so please be prepared to answer questions on the fly and make split-second decisions.
Work Conditions:
- Fast-paced label printing company
- Mondays to Fridays 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasionally work on weekends if available
- Mainly be in the shipping and warehouse department

Qualifications and Skills:
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required
- Skills: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, standing, hand/eye co-ordination
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Good work ethic / Positive attitude / Good command of the English language and Math skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to communicate with peers and supervisor
- Able to work with a team and alone
- Ability to cross train in areas, learn and understand all company policies for quality as well as Health and Safety
- Reliable transportation to the workplace
Responsibilities:
- Move heavy objects from place to place in the warehouse.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office softwares
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Check and maintain accuracy of inventory levels.
- Take directions from supervisors.
- Follow safety regulations.
- Occasionally pack and prepare product according to customer specifcation
- Prepare shipments
- Offload and load shipments from trucks and trailers
- Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness

Salary: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
