Position: Security Guard – Condominium Building Concierge

Location: Hamilton, ON

Job Description: As a Security Guard, you will be the front line of our security operations, ensuring the safety of our properties, residents, and visitors. You will be responsible for patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance, and providing a responsive security presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.Valid Security Guard License in Ontario
• .Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• .Familiarity with security equipment and procedures
• .Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and integrity
• .Good communication and interpersonal skills
