Drake International is currently looking for a receptionist with experience to work on-site at our clients in the Construction Industry in the Vaughan Area.

What we offer

• Work Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
• Location: Vaughan L4K0B5
• Pay: $23 – $25/hr. depending on the experience
• Duration of assignment – ASAP for 4 weeks subject to extension
• On the job training will be provided

What you do

• Telephone and email correspondence with purchasers
• Book appointments and greet In Person Appointments
• Assist with reaching out to purchasers for reselection of unavailable finishes/materials regarding delay in shipments
• Photocopying and Scanning
• Delivering and picking up paperwork to headquarters across the street
• Closing off the TD Merchant Machine and forwarding receipts per week to accounting department across the street.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Post-Secondary education
• Minimum 3 years Reception Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, PDF).
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Dependable, approachable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
