*Role: Personal Support Worker (PSW)Location: Oakville, Milton & Campbellville.Open for Full Time and Part TimeClosing the Gap Healthcare (CTG)* is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community-setting services.We are looking for a compassionate and independent *Personal Support Worker (PSW)* that can provide excellent and empathetic care to our clients in the community.
