SCOPE: Perform all job functions in support of sales, service, purchasing and customer service activities for the products and services of the Company
FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITY:
· Answer multi-line phone professionally
· Provide administrative support to sales/service departments
· Assist in the preparation of Customer Quotations & Orders
· Acquire products/services to meet the requirements of Customer Orders
· Develop good relationships with Company suppliers and contractors
· Expedite supplier & customer orders for sales/service activities
· Invoice customers for products purchased or services provided
· Maintain relationships with customers in a businesslike and ethical manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Attention to detail a must
· Three years experience in providing administrator resources for sales/purchasing/service or equivalent education experience
· Proficiency of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access)
· Solid understanding of purchasing activities, systems, and methods
· Good knowledge of business communication methods
· Exposure to Instrumentation and Control equipment an asset
· Familiar withISO 9001 and IEC/ISO 17025 quality standards preferred

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
