JOB SUMMARY:

This job will assist the manufacturing team during the various stages of processing (Upstream Production, Downstream Production, Filling, and Packaging) by ensuring process and suites, equipment, parts and component readiness is met.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs all duties according to the SOPs and cGMPs and all other established safety standards and company policies.

Maintains housekeeping standards in the manufacturing area including cleaning of the process suites.



Documents and records all necessary information/data as per SOPs and cGMPs requirements (i.e. observations, test results).

Operates equipment involved with preparation and manufacture of sterile products, included but not limited to parts washer, autoclave, integrity tester, CIP units, vial washer, depyrogenation oven.

Ensures all components/materials are received from warehouse and staged before batch execution, and returned after process completion.

Stages buffers and equipment as required by process steps.


Assists with preparation of buffers and solutions required to support manufacturing process

Responsible for ensuring all parts, tanks and components are cleaned to the required standards.

Maintains production areas stocked, and orders supplies as needed.

Performs all other manufacturing job-related duties as assigned.


This position is a fixed-term contract position for the next 18 months.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum post-secondary school diploma or Science degree or diploma
  • Experience in manufacturing processes ideally in a GMP environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Pre-employment medical and medical re-examination performed every 2 years will be required as per RESILIENCE’s SOPs. Included as part of the medical is a respirator fit test (half mask), and pulmonary function test



This position requires occasional use of a half face respirator

This position requires vaccination for Hepatitis A and B

Job requires shift work, weekends and occasional extended shifts, and possible short notice schedule shift changes

Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 25kg


Direct contact with alcohol/chlorine based disinfectant agents

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $24.00 – $34.50 per hour.
