Workday Change Analyst

Job Description

Here at Focus Cloud we are seeking a Change Management Analyst for a long-term 12–18 month contract supporting a large-scale ERP transformation. Workday change management experience is strongly preferred; however, candidates with change experience across other enterprise ERP or SaaS platforms will also be considered.

Candidates must be based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support change management activities across Workday / ERP implementation workstreams
  • Conduct change impact assessments (roles, processes, policies)
  • Support business readiness, adoption, and user enablement
  • Maintain change impact logs, readiness dashboards, and reporting
  • Partner with project, product, training, and communications teams
  • Support or co-facilitate system demos, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
  • Validate training materials, support knowledge transfer, and capture feedback


Required Experience

  • Experience supporting change management for enterprise ERP or large-scale SaaS programs
  • Experience with Workday OR other ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, etc.)
  • Strong skills in impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and readiness tracking
  • Familiarity with change methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent)


Preferred

  • Hands-on Workday change experience (HCM, Payroll, Finance)
  • Previous long-term contract experience (12+ months)
  • Experience working across multiple workstreams or complex programs
