Build/maintain a positive, competent and motivated work team.</li><li>Design, build and assemble custom metal projects/equipment<br> , ensuring a balance of functionality and artistic integrity. Work hands-on alongside the team as well as provide mentoring and support.</li><li>Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset<br> to identify and execute innovative approaches to fabrication challenges.</li><li>Assist with troubleshooting and provide solutions to resolve issues related to measurements, design specifications, and welding techniques.</li><li>Provide quality assurance<br> , ensuring high standards are upheld and projects are inspected for precision, durability, and accuracy. Ensure adherence to safety procedures.</li><li>Project Management<br> : Oversee fabrication timelines and material sourcing, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional products.</li><li>Stay current with new techniques, tools, and technologies to advance fabrication processes and ensure continuous improvement.</li></ul><p>As the selected Applicant, you will bring:</p><ul><li>Relevant welding training or experience.</li><li>Approx. 10 years experience in welding fabrication, with a portfolio showcasing technical and artistic welding projects<br> . Technical proficiency using fabrication tools, materials, and software.</li><li>Experience leading teams<br> , delegating tasks, and inspiring a collaborative work environment.</li><li>Comfortable reading blueprints, using computer software programs.</li><li>Motivated team leader with a<br> strong artistic vision, technical talent and the ability to integrate creativity into practical applications<br> .<br> Automotive<br> /<br> mobile/equipment/work solution based<br> .</li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated ability to think creatively, take initiative and solve problems innovatively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, with an exceptional focus on precision, craftsmanship, and aesthetics.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions.</li></ul><p>Must have a Class 5 Drivers License and pass a Security Clearance.</p><p>Hours of work: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday, 4 ten-hour days.</p><p><em>Great organization offering a competitive senior salary, company benefits, work-life balance and free parking, to name a few</em></p>
