Job Description
WELDER – METAL STRUCTURE ASSEMBLERKEY FUNCTIONS
Drafting, assembly and welding of wrought metals. Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings and symbols.
QUALIFICATIONS AND APPLICATION CRITERIAS
- Reading Plans
- Knowledge of trigonometry and geometry
- Expertise in staircase and railing design
- Experience in manufacturing complex architectural metals
- Experience in steel, aluminum and stainless-steel welding
- Experience in architectural stainless-steel polishing
- Educational Level: Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS), not completed
- Years of employment related to experience: 5 years of experience
- Languages requested: English and French (spoken and written)
- Other languages: Spanish, an asset
