As one of Canada's Platinum Best Managed Companies, we are a driven organization that is looking for team-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our Night Crew team As a member of our Operations Team, you will work with a team to ensure product is handled properly, complying with health & safety standards. Flexibility to work on weekends is preferred. Training will be provided. Full-time hours are from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am. An additional $1.50 will be offered per hour for nightshift workers.</p><p>Responsibilities include: </p><ul><li>Packing orders accurately according to packing slips</li><li>Organizing coolers & rotating products</li><li>Receiving and unloading products from trailers arriving at night</li><li>Performing other warehousing duties as required</li><li>Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy</li><li>Complying with food safety regulations, and company procedures</li></ul><p>Qualifications include: </p><ul><li>Minimum 1-year warehouse experience preferred</li><li>Power Jack (Ride on and Walkie) experience is an asset</li><li>Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs</li><li>Comfortable working in and out of coolers</li><li>Strong teamwork mentality and practices</li><li>Knowledge of workplace safety precautions</li></ul><p>What we offer:<br><br>We offer a competitive compensation package which includes a base salary, night time allowance, annual bonus program, group health & dental benefits, development opportunities, and company events.</p><p>**You may also receive a special bonus of $500 after working full-time 6 months, and another $500 after working full-time 12 months, with satisfactory performance.**</p><p>If you are motivated, hard-working, and enjoy working with the general public, we would like to hear from you.</p><p>Thank you for your interest in Fresh Direct Produce</p><p>Making a Healthy Difference</p>
