Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionAs a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment within a dynamic warehouse environment. You will handle inventory management, ensure the warehouse is organized and tidy, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities
* Unload and receive inventory from delivery trucks, verifying shipments against invoices.
* Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues.
* Organize and store new stock in its correct location within the warehouse.
* Maintain the physical order and tidiness of the warehouse.
* Pick items for customer orders and pack them securely for shipment.
* Label packages correctly and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
* Prepare orders for dispatch, including wrapping and loading them onto pallets.
* Use RF guns to process orders accurately and efficiently.
* Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
* Update inventory logs and reports as needed.
* Operate pallet jacks and pump trucks to move materials.
* Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate safety gear.
* Keep the warehouse clean by sweeping and mopping, and remove any safety hazards.
* Assist with other tasks, such as photo production, clerical assignments, or helping with customer inquiries.
* Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to complete team goals.Essential Skills
* 1+ year of warehouse experience.
* Comfortable lifting 20-25 lbs consistently, up to 50 lbs.
* Manual picking experience.
* Basic warehouse skills, including using a pump truck, tape gun, and box knife.
* Ability to read assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.Additional Skills & Qualifications

The warehouse is divided into different production areas such as Light Manufacturing Room, Machine Shop, Quality Check, Assembly, Cable, and Lamination.
