This role focuses on people leadership, safe operations, and reliable execution.</p><p><strong><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Supervise afternoon shift operations in shipping, receiving, and inventory</li><li>Coach and support front-line leads to maintain productivity and accuracy</li><li>Oversee cycle counts and basic inventory controls</li><li>Monitor KPIs and address operational issues as they arise</li><li>Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow company policies</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Qualifications</strong></strong></p><ul><li>3 to 5 years supervising warehouse operations</li><li>Valid forklift certification such as Order Picker or Dock Stocker; Reach or Swing Reach experience an asset</li><li>Comfortable using a warehouse management system</li><li>Reliable transportation to the Brampton area</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Other info</strong></strong><br />Afternoon shift, Monday to Friday.
