Schedule:
Monday – Friday : 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily warehouse operations including receiving, put away and inventory control using a hands-on approach and best work practices. The warehouse team is the backbone of our organization; we strive to provide fast and accurate deliveries to our clients.
As a warehouse supervisor, your role and responsibilities are as follows:
- Supervision of staff, and overseeing work assisted by team leaders
- Demonstrate leadership through effective teamwork;
- Provide coaching and training to employees and leads;
- Improve and maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy in receiving, put away and inventory control.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety procedures;
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory for over 55,000 SKUs.
- Be a major player in the layout configuration and put away strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership abilities;
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment;
- Ability to produce accurate and timely reports;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to maintain a positive culture and work environment;
- Ability to analyze productivity reports;
- Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written. (*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.
- Must be able to manipulate stock weighing up to 50lbs.;

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor;
