Location: Warehouse Sale

Reports to: Warehouse Sale Manager

 

As a Warehouse Sale Associate you are an integral part of the warehouse’s team, in the areas of customer service, sales, warehouse maintenance, restocking, merchandising, shipping and receiving and safety.  You will be a member of a team of dedicated people committed to creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers.  By optimizing sales and participating in achieving the goals of the Warehouse Sale, you will be strengthening Kitchen Stuff Plus’ position as a leader in the housewares market.

 

Stuff you’ll do:

  • Act as a Kitchen Stuff Plus ambassador by professionally representing the store and the company.
  • Build customer relationships by proving exceptional customer service.
  • Complete purchase orders and incoming transfers and prepare shipment transfers to retail stores.
  • Process and document damages and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Work in partnership with team members to maximize store sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of product selection and location.
  • Complete cash transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, shipping and receiving and warehouse procedures.
  • Assist in the execution and maintenance of merchandising and housekeeping standards.
  • Follow health and safety program.
  • Perform other directives as assigned.

  

Stuff we need from you:

  • Computer skills; ability to learn technological systems with ease.
  • Lift up to 40lbs.
  • Ladder use up to 10 feet.
  • Stand/walk for 8 hours.
  • Flexibility in scheduling including extended days, evenings and weekends.
  • Work additional shifts during peak holiday season.
