What You’ll Lead
Warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, fulfillment, inventory
A dedicated team: Lead Hands, Associates, Drivers
Scheduling, coaching, and timesheet approvals (via HRIS)
Health & Safety culture + daily team huddles
Process improvements, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
NetSuite WMS + RF scanning oversight
What You Bring
5+ years of warehouse leadership (distribution/logistics)
Strong people management and problem-solving skills
Experience with NetSuite WMS (or other WMS platforms)
Familiarity with Ontario H&S and ESA compliance
Forklift/MHE certification is an asset
