Warehouse manager
The Meteor Telecom group of companies is looking immediately hire a Warehouse Manager to join our professional team. We have been in business for 50 years. We work with large corporate customers coast to coast on such industry standard manufacturer systems as Mitel, NEC, Intermedia, Avaya, Nortel, Carehawk, Phybridge, Genesis, Xima, Bogen, and other leading tech manufacturers.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing and receiving of goods (this is a two person team)
- Stacking and shelving goods
- Ensure quantities are kept at proper levels
- Handle RMA traffic
- Fulfill sales product ordering through our system and supplier base
- Accurate parts identification management in our system
- Manage pricing regime per direction in our inventory system
- Work with technicians on product readiness as required
- Coordinate with Project managers and sales staff in project meetings to ensure proper project goods ordering
- Occasional deliveries to our teams in the field
- Handle US brokerages issues as they arise
- Coordinate with our supplier contacts on matters of product availability stocking and product change notices
- Other duties as they arise

Requirements:
- Be a customer satisfaction motivated individual.
- Have a valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License clear of serious offences under the Highway Traffic Act, have reliable transportation to get to our Brampton location.
- MS Office fluency
- Enjoy working towards achieving individual and team results.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Be available to work occasional weekends and evenings.
- Those with telecom or cable experience will be prioritized for consideration
- Starting salary will be based on experience.
- Must fluent in speaking and writing English.
- Some training will be provided, but experience is a requirement.
- Must be in physically fit condition as this is a physical job.
- Health and safety knowledge or certification will be an asset
