Talentify
- 4+ years of supervising experience in a warehouse facility
- Experience in a production facility
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experience over-looking 10+ employees
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, handling, storage, distribution, and freight management.
- Ensure 100% on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
- Manage inventory, cycle counts, and fiscal year-end audits.
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Lead daily team meetings and resolve warehouse errors
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, delegation, training and performance evaluation
- Ensure preventative maintenance and warehouse cleanliness
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am – 4:00pm
