Warehouse Manager
Job Must Haves
- 4+ years of supervising experience in a warehouse facility
- Experience in a production facility
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experience overseeing 10+ employees
Job Duties
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, handling, storage, distribution, and freight management.
- Ensure 100% on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Manage inventory, cycle counts, and fiscal year-end audits.
- Oversee logistics for transporting products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners for efficient delivery.
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead daily team meetings and resolve warehouse errors.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, delegation, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure preventative maintenance and warehouse cleanliness.
Shift
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Availability on weekends

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Milton, ON.
