Job Description

<p>Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.</p>

<p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Warehouse Associate</p>

<p><strong>Location: </strong>Milton, ON</p>

<p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$17.60</p>

<p><strong>Shift: </strong>7am to 3:30pm or 6am to 2:30pm<br>
<strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday to Friday or Saturday and Sunday</p>

<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
<li>Perform inbound activities including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory.
<li>Reprice and retag products as needed to maintain correct labeling and compliance with company standards.
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all health and safety guidelines.
<li>Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
</ul>

<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies such as RF scanners and voice picking systems.
<li>Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy.
<li>Reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
<li>Commitment to safety standards and compliance, including steel toe boots and high-visibility vests.
