Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

Color Compass Corporation is the largest automotive refinisher and related auto body supplies distributor in Canada. Founded in 1984, Color Compass is a team of over 250 passionate employees who deliver products, training, and solutions that enhance our customer’s production and profitability.

We are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Associate in our Mississauga Warehouse. Candidates must be available to work full time, Monday – Friday, 8am -5pm (two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch).

This position is a mix of doing some customer deliveries and working inside the warehouse.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure all orders are delivered in a timely & accurate fashion.
• Warehouse duties include picking, checking and packing orders, warehouse cleanliness, putting stock away, etc.
• As required, double check and / or put away customer orders in appropriate locations
• Maintain a complete driver’s log, ensuring the customer sign off on delivery
• Follow Warehouse Coordinators direction with regards to delivery routes and scheduling
• Maintain ongoing communication with Warehouse Coordinator
• Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers and co-workers
• Responsible for keeping delivery vehicles clean & presentable when in use
• Any other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Physically fit; able to work on your feet and lift 75 lbs regularly throughout the day
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes
• Delivery experience in and around the city of Mississauga an asset
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Clean Drivers Abstract will be a condition on employment

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
