Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our client’s team for their Brampton, ON location. In this hands-on role, you will support daily warehouse operations including distribution, shipping/receiving, and maintaining inventory standards. - Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Supporting distribution activities including picking, packing, and shipping
- Shipping and receiving of goods
- Communicating with internal and external customers via phone and email
- Performing administrative tasks such as sorting and filing
- Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking toiletries
- Complying with Linde safety and inventory management policies
- Cleaning shelves and ensuring walkways meet safety standards
- Breaking down cardboard boxes for recycling
- Participating in bi-annual physical inventory counts
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Proficiency using smartphones and mobile technology
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Inventory management experience
- Valid G-class driver’s license with clean record (3+ years)
- Experience using JD Edwards (JDE)
