As we grow, we are looking for a part-time Junior Accounting Assistant to help facilitate certain accounting duties.

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse operation. This role involves operating a forklift, managing inventory logs (especially POD usage), supporting the reset and maintenance of company trucks, and completing various physical and logistical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forklift Operation:
Safely operate the forklift to load/unload materials and move inventory within the warehouse. - Inventory Logging:
Maintain accurate records of PODs (portable storage units) used, including check-ins and check-outs. - Truck Resetting & Cleaning:
Reset and restock moving trucks after use; ensure trucks are cleaned out and ready for the next job. - Warehouse Maintenance:
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Regularly sweep floors, organize equipment, and take out garbage. - General Labor & Support Tasks:
Assist with miscellaneous tasks around the warehouse as needed, including equipment setup, minor repairs, and supporting incoming/outgoing jobs
Requirements:
- Forklift certification (REQUIRED)
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods (REQUIRED)
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
