He owns the product strategy and sets the direction for where we are headed.</p><p>As VP of Product, your role is to turn that vision into reality. You’ll be the operator who builds the systems, processes, and discipline that make our product organisation run at a world-class level. You’ll manage and groom the roadmap, ensure cross-functional alignment with GTM teams, and put in place the right structures for requirement mapping, delivery tracking, and quality assurance.</p><p>This is not about defining vision — it’s about executing it. You’ll be accountable for making sure our teams consistently deliver high-impact, high-quality product outcomes. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll bring operational excellence to a fast-moving, global business and ensure Nexl delivers on its promise to transform how law firms grow.</p><h3>Job requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven leadership experience in senior product operations roles within fast-scaling B2B SaaS companies.</li><li>Track record of executing on a founder’s product vision, building the systems, processes, and discipline that keep product organisations running at scale.</li><li>Experience leading and growing high‑performing product teams, ideally in a remote‑first environment.</li><li>Strong operator mindset with the ability to manage roadmaps, groom priorities, and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery.</li><li>Demonstrated success in bridging product and GTM functions — aligning engineering, design, marketing, sales, and client success to deliver impact.</li><li>Comfortable driving process improvements and operational excellence, including requirement mapping, delivery tracking, and QA.</li><li>Data‑driven and metrics‑oriented, using SaaS KPIs and product performance data to drive accountability and continuous improvement.</li><li>Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to distil direction into clarity and alignment across teams.</li><li>Familiarity with SaaS product metrics (e.g. activation, retention, NPS) and their use in optimising product performance.</li><li>Background in legaltech or professional services is a plus, but not essential.</li></ul><h3>Job responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Execute Nexl’s product vision</b> as defined by the CEO & CPO, translating strategy into clear plans, systems, and processes.</li><li><b>Operationalise and manage the roadmap</b> — focusing on grooming, sequencing, and ensuring delivery, not redefining vision.</li><li><b>Build and lead a high‑performing, remote‑first product team</b>, driving accountability, quality, and consistent execution.</li><li><b>Bridge product and GTM functions</b> (Engineering, Marketing, Client Success, Sales) to ensure alignment and effective handoff from vision to market impact.</li><li><b>Create scalable systems for product requirements, delivery tracking, and release management</b>, ensuring high‑quality and timely outcomes.</li><li><b>Ensure delivery of features with measurable business impact</b>, improving adoption, engagement, and customer outcomes.</li><li><b>Drive process discipline and data‑driven execution</b>, leveraging SaaS metrics and operational KPIs to keep teams on track and accountable.</li></ul><h3>Our Tech Stack</h3><p>Frontend: React & TypeScript<br/>Backend: Ruby on Rails with GraphQL, and Python with WebSockets & Protobuf</p><h3>Life at Nexl</h3><ul><li><b>Remote‑first</b> – With Nexlers all around the world, we’re not bound by location.
