Job Overview:
Token Studio Inc. is an innovative designer toys retailer that was founded in 2020. We are on a mission to bring joy and excitement to toy lovers who have a passion for collectible toys and blind box toys. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President (VP) to join our leadership team. Your role as the VP will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company and driving our mission to spread elegant sculptural art to toy enthusiasts worldwide.

Responsibilities:
1.

Establish objectives, formulate policies, and develop programs that align with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
2. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments, including the selection of senior staff positions, to ensure effective operations and resource allocation.
3. Allocate resources to implement organizational policies, establish financial controls, approve promotional campaigns, and oversee personnel planning.
4. Select and oversee middle managers and executive staff to build a high-performing team and coordinate efforts across regions, divisions, or departments.
5.

Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
6. Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including sales, marketing, purchasing, and customer experience, to drive efficiency and ensure success.
7. Drive business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence, establish strategic partnerships, and explore new growth opportunities.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to ensure the company’s product offerings remain relevant, appealing, and competitive.
9.

Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and maximize market reach.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with toy manufacturers, artists, and toy collectors to foster partnerships.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or finance.
2. 3+ years experience in middle or senior leadership role in retails.
3. Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
4.

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
5. Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
6. Solid knowledge of marketing principles and experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with various stakeholders.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
